As the founders and organizers of the Douro Vinhateiro Half Marathon in 2006, GlobalSport is now recognized as one of the largest Portuguese companies specializing in organizing major sports events. Their portfolio includes events such as the International Vila Real Motor Racing Circuit, the Grande Prémio de Portugal Nacional 2 in Cycling, the Running Wonders circuit with half marathons in cities like Guimarães, Coimbra, Viseu, Évora, Portimão, Castelo Branco, and Guarda, among many others.
